1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing ExposureHub Studios’ website or renting studios/gear, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bookings and payments

• Rates are posted in the catalog, exclusive of taxes and certain add-ons.
• Deposits may be required for specific studios or gear categories.
• You authorize us to charge the card on file for agreed rental fees and incidentals.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the start time. Inside 48 hours, we offer one free reschedule if the original slot is rebooked.

4. Use of space and equipment

• You are responsible for your crew and guests during the rental period.
• No smoking or open flames. Fog machines require prior approval.
• Noise must remain within posted guidelines; quiet hours are available upon request.
• Return gear in the condition received; damages and missing items may incur fees.

5. Insurance and liability

For larger productions, a certificate of insurance may be required. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExposureHub Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our site is owned by or licensed to ExposureHub Studios. You may not copy or redistribute materials without permission.

7. Prohibited activities

• Illegal or unsafe activity, harassment, or discrimination.
• Unauthorized subletting or unattended use of studios or gear.
• Bypassing technical safeguards on the website or systems.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where our principal studio is located, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
