We recommend 1–2 weeks for studios and 3–5 days for gear. Same-day bookings may be available—reach out via Contact.
What’s your cancellation and reschedule policy?⌄
Full refund up to 48 hours before start time. Inside 48 hours, we offer one free reschedule when the original slot is rebooked.
Do you provide assistants or operators?⌄
Yes, by request. Our team can pre-light, set seamless, and prep gear. Operators for cameras or gimbals are hired separately.
Are your spaces quiet enough for audio?⌄
Studio E is audio-friendly with acoustic treatment. For all studios, we offer quiet-hour scheduling and noise guidance.
Is parking available?⌄
Yes, limited on-site spots plus nearby paid lots. We provide load-in carts and elevator access where available.
What lighting and backdrops do you stock?⌄
We carry LED panels, monolights, softboxes, reflectors, and seamless paper in staple colors. Check the catalog for details.
Can I bring my own gear?⌄
Of course. Please share your power needs and stands so we can prepare safe load-in paths.
Do you offer insurance or require certificates?⌄
We require a standard COI for productions above a set threshold. Short portrait sessions typically do not need additional insurance.
